Service Description

Young Samurai Class is for Karateka with yellow belt ranking and above the age of 11. Karate will strengthen muscles, joints and ligaments. We will work on controlling power with Kihon and Kata. Kumite (Sparring) will be with no to semi-contact and enhances the ability to move and spot weak points on the opponent / training partner.
