Service Description

Karate Masters Class is for grown up Karateka and teenagers from the age of 16 and above. Kata, Kumite and Kihon are the focus. Besides Bunkai we will work on flexibility, strengthen muscles, joints and ligaments to have a better body posture in every day life. Practicing self-defense and meditation are playing a big role in this training.
