You may exchange a product within 7 days, provided the following conditions are met:

- Item is unused, unaltered, and not purchased during a sale or promotion

- Original receipt, tags, and packaging must be presented

If you wish to return and item:

1) Contact us on WhatsApp +971-50-5032381 with your order number and list of items to be returned.

2) If the item is faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The Method of Refund depends on the payment method used to place the order. The funds returned to the original card used to make the payment within 30 calendar days of our team confirming the return. For Cash-on-Delivery Payments the relevant cash amount shall be handed over when receiving the purchased item in its original packaging.

- Delivery address must be provided during checkout
